# Contact

How to reach me with an idea for a website, a question about Helios or anything else. I read every message and reply personally.

## By email

- Website inquiries: [poptavky@snejda.cz](mailto:poptavky@snejda.cz)
- General contact: [jakub@snejda.cz](mailto:jakub@snejda.cz)
- Helios, security: [helios@snejda.cz](mailto:helios@snejda.cz)

## Website inquiries

For a new website or a rebuild of your current one, the quickest way is a short questionnaire of five questions. You don't need a finished brief, an idea is enough. You can also email poptavky@snejda.cz directly. I'll reply within 2 working days and suggest what to do next.

## General questions and collaboration

For everything else, such as questions about my projects, a collaboration offer or feedback, use jakub@snejda.cz. We can work remotely, you don't need to be based in České Budějovice.

## Helios

Bugs and ideas for the Helios app are best filed on GitHub so they are publicly visible. Report a security problem or suspicious behaviour to helios@snejda.cz.

## What to put in your message

The more you write, the more specific my reply will be. It helps to include:

- what you need and who the website or app is for
- a link to your current website, if you have one
- when it should be ready and roughly what budget you have in mind
- how best to reach you, by email or by phone

## Where to find me

I'm based in České Budějovice, Czechia. My public code and projects are on GitHub (Snejdik). I don't list a phone number or a business address on this site, so the first contact is by email or through the questionnaire.

## Your details

From an inquiry I use only what I need to reply. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
